Flexibility, Strength Training and Jump Class
Flexibility is a major component of the sport of Cheerleading. Being flexible will help you perform better, lessen your chances of injury and build your coordination. Class will also do strength training for jumps and jump drills. Ankle weights are strongly encouraged, but not required. Class is 45 minutes long and is $40 a month or $15 a month if already enrolled in another PCA class. Participants can chose to come to any and all Jump & Flex Class currently on the schedule. Tuition INCLUDES unlimited classes.
