Premier Cheer Academy Training Programs
This 45 minute class is for children ages 18 months to 4 years of age. The children work together in activities on the floor, tumble track, tunnels, and different mats. This class will encourage your toddlers motor skills and cognitive development. Parents do not have to participate in class. Coach to student ratio is 1:6.
This one hour class is designed to develop the most rounded Cheerleader! This class focuses on all areas of cheerleading. Work on Jumps, Motions, Stunts, Dance, Cheers & Chants, and Beginning Tumbling: forward rolls, handstands, bridge downs, kickovers, cart wheels and roundoffs.Coach to student ratio is 1:8.
This one hour class is designed for athletes that are just starting out! They cannot complete a cart wheel or roundoff. Class concentrates on handstands, bridge downs, kickovers, cart wheels and roundoffs. No age restriction - based on skill level only. Coach to student ratio is 1:6.

This one hour class is for athletes that can complete cart wheels and roundoffs. Class concentrates on kickovers, standing & running multiple backhandsprings. Must complete all elements listed above before moving to Hornet Advanced Tumbling. No age restriction - based on skill level only. Coach to student ratio is 1:6.
This one hour class is for athletes that can complete multiple standing and running backhandsprings. Class concentrates on standing & running back tucks. Round-off, multiple back handsprings back tuck, and front handsprings. No age restriction - based on skill level only. Coach to student ratio is 1:6.
This one hour class is for athletes that can complete multiple backhandsprings to back tucks. Class concentrates on standing back tucks, punch fronts, layouts, fulls and up. No age restriction - based on skill level only. Coach to student ratio is 1:8.
Only for Middle and High School Cheerleaders. Must currently belong on a school cheer colony. Intermediate and Advanced Skills Only. Elite Coach available on Tuesday only.
Only for Premier All-Star Cheerleaders. Add-on class in addition to competition practices. Coach to student ratio is 1:8.
