Monthly Fees:
All tuition fees are due monthly. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month a late notice will be issued and a $10.00 late fee will be charged. This policy will be strictly enforced. Every student must have a signed medical release form, registration form, and an Informed Consent and Acknowledgment Agreement in order to attend classes.
Registration Fee:
A $25.00 one time non-refundable registration fee will be charged. Each additional child from the same family will be charged a $15.00 registration fee. Competition cheer is $65 annual registration & insurance fee. $40 for each sibling participating in competitive cheer program.
Discounts:
A $5.00 discount per month is applied to each additional family member attending PCA classes. Not including competition cheer. Premier will give you a $10 credit off your monthly tuition for any referrals!
Tuition Refunds:
Premier Cheer Academy assumes a “NO REFUND” policy. You will NOT receive credits for unused class time or any other payments made to the company. All return checks will be charged a $25 fee.
Attendance Policy:
The monthly tuition rate is the same whether or not the child is in attendance. Premier does not prorate based on holidays, closing, and absences.
Our policy does not change regardless of your individual schedule. We do NOT operate on a pay as you come basis. If a student skips a month of class and no payment or explanation has been given, we will drop the child from the class. Another student will fill the opening in the class and you will be charged for the month your child did not attend. Therefore, you must call PCA Premier Cheer Academy if your child would like to return to class as your child’s space may have already been filled.
Due to our student to coach ratio Premier does not offer make-up classes. However, Premier may be able to accommodate if we have at least seven days advanced notice. There is no guarantee.
Please provide 30 days notice in writing if your child will not be attending classes any longer.
Drop a Class
Holiday:
We will be closed for the following holidays IF the classes fall on the actual day of the holiday: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and NWISD Spring Break. Competition Cheer schedule may vary. Tuition will NOT be pro-rated and there will NOT be make-up classes.
Bad Weather/Health Epidemic Closings:
We will follow the Northwest ISD for weather/health epidemic closings. You should listen to local radio and TV stations and call PCA PREMIER CHEER ACADEMY for confirmation for these closings. Tuition will NOT be pro-rated and there will NOT be make-up classes.
